Delivery Areas
Khalis delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan. We use trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-3 working days
- Other cities: 3-5 working days
- Remote areas: Up to 7 working days
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping: On all orders of Rs 3,000 or above (including the Khalis Bundle, which always qualifies)
- Standard shipping: Rs 200 flat rate on orders below Rs 3,000
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer cash on delivery across Pakistan at no extra charge. You pay only when your order arrives at your door. No prepayment or online payment required.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier's website using this number.

Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, they will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If you are unavailable and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge (unless the courier charges a re-delivery fee, which we will communicate to you).
Packaging
All orders are packed in sealed, tamper-evident packaging to ensure your products arrive fresh and undamaged. If your order arrives with damaged packaging, please take photos and contact us immediately.
