We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Khalis order for any reason, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund you in full. No questions asked, no complicated process, no forms to fill.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

Include your order details (name, phone number, order date) and briefly tell us why you'd like a refund. We'll process it promptly.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the delivery date
- The product must have been purchased directly from khalis.com or our official WhatsApp store
- Partial use of the product is fine, you don't need to return an unused pouch
- You do not need to return the product for standard taste/experience refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or contains the wrong products, please photograph the package and contents on arrival and contact us immediately. We will replace the order or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refund Method
As we primarily operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or standard bank account) within 3-5 working days of approval. We will ask for your preferred payment method when processing the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Orders where delivery was refused without prior arrangement
